A mission rooted in this community.
For too long, people in rural communities have had to travel hours to find the care they need. Rural Mountain Health Services was created to change that — to bring thoughtful, coordinated support right here, where people live, work, and raise their families.
Our team brings together behavioral health, family medicine, recovery support, and practical community care. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, supporting a loved one, or simply looking for a place to begin, we’ll meet you with warmth and respect.
